At New Dawn we are committed to protecting your privacy. When you browse our site we do not collect any personal information about you. The only way we collect any personal information is when you knowingly give it to us. Examples would include placing an order via our website, sending us an e-mail or registering for our regular information updates.

When you enter the payment process on the New Dawn web site,  you are using embedded forms from a secure server hosted by Paypal using at least 128-bit encryption technology. This means that sensitive information such as your credit card details cannot be intercepted and seen by anyone except Paypal. New Dawn never see your card details.

 

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

The information we receive is used by us to measure the effectiveness of our website and to help plan improvements to our services. This may include first name and surname, address, telephone number, gender, date of birth and personal preferences as to the type of emails you wish to receive.

We will not pass on any of your personal details to other parties or companies except where necessary to process your order or payment. We do not send marketing emails to non-customer, personal email addresses (spam).

You may receive up to 5 marketing emails a month from New Dawn. All email marketing communications come with an unsubscribe link so that at any time you may opt out of these.  Alternatively, please email info@newdawnhandmadesoap.co.uk with 'unsubscribe' in the subject line. However, please note that you will still receive order confirmation and despatch emails.

 

DISCLOSURE

New Dawn will provide a summary of any personal information held upon request. This information will only be sent to the email address on file for the customer name associated with it. To obtain such a summary, please request via e-mail. Your request will be dealt with as soon as possible.
